Analysis of in-bore high magnetic field for electromagnetic railgun during launching process

  In order to analyze the in-bore magnetic field distribution characteristics of the electromagnetic railgun during the launching process, a three-dimensional model of the electromagnetic railgun was established.According to the instantaneous synchronicity of excitation current amplitude, frequency and armature displacement, the launching parameters of the electromagnetic railgun were set at different moments, the Maxwell eddy current solver is used to realize the dynamic simulation of the magnetic field, and time-domain variation characteristics and spatial distribution characteristics of the magnetic field within the electromagnetic railgun are obtained.It provides a basis for the shield of the in-dore high magnetic field in the electromagnetic railgun, and is of great significance to the development of intelligent ammunition for electromagnetic railgun.
