Study on the application of electromagnetic railgun

摘要：

　　This paper first summarized the technical advantages of high initial velocity and long range of electromagnetic railgun.Then the application prospects of electromagnetic rail guns in military and civil fields such as air defense and anti-missile, medium and long-distance firepower, electromagnetic launch, high-energy physics, space launch and transport, space debris removal, Rocket sled test,interplanetary and astrodynamics, capsule train, pumping unit, Glider launches are also summarized.Finally, key technologies affecting the application of electromagnetic railgun are concluded.
