Study on failure characteristics of electric explosives under different storage conditions

Accelerated life test of two types of electricity pyrotechnical was designed under different storage conditions, for acquiring failure mode of electricity pyrotechnical under different storage conditions.The Pyrotechnical was dissected after accelerated life test and performance test was done.The results showed, the drugs slowly decomposed is the major failure mode of electricity pyrotechnical under a single temperature stress.Single component is more steady than admixture about drugs.Storage life of electricity pyrotechnical is long and usually not less than forty years.The corrosion of bridge wire and leading wire and the drugs slowly decomposition and deliquescence are the major failure mode of electricity pyrotechnical under temperature and humidity storage conditions.The corrosion is the major failure mode under the conditions, and corrosion degree can be represented through resistances variation.
