The mechanism of production and control means for static electricity in the manufacturing process of propellant

摘要：

　　To study the mechanism of production and control means for static electricity in the manufacturing process of propellant, theoretical study and test verification was conducted on the main process which produce static electricity.The mechanism of production for static electricity in the manufacturing process of propellant is analyzed.The control means for static electricity are put forward.The results show that, static electricity mainly produced by conduct, friction and heating in the manufacturing process of propellant, the mechanism is that the transfer of charge in a propellant leads to the imbalance of positive and negative charges.The main means to control the generation of static electricity are to change the work function of the surface of the equipment, to increase the humidity of the conductive agent and the environment, to reduce the transfer of charge and make the charge balance.
