Risk classification and identification of explosives
The first category is explosives in chemical risk classification, and the UN classification method is accepted and adopted in the standard of explosives classification in China, which is divided into 6 items according to the risk characteristics of explosives. At the same time, for the purpose of safe storage and economic rationality, according to the uses and characteristics of the classification objects, the explosives will be divided into 13 package groups in A-S.In order to identify and evaluate suspected hazardous materials for public security departments, the identification and evaluation test standards are systematically applied based on national standards including Guidelines for physical hazard testing of chemicals and GB/T13226-1991 lead plate test for industrial detonator. The UN gap test 1(a), Koenen test 1(b) and time/pressure test 1(c) are applied to identify whether the materials are exploder or not.The lead plate test is applied to identify whether the electric detonator, flash detonator are exploder or not. With above test methods, the blasting property was measured for hazardous materials including suspected AN explosive, suspected electric detonator, suspected flash detonator. Results show that the suspected ammonium nitrate explosive is exploder and its danger level is 1.1D;the suspected electric detonator and the suspected fire detonator are exploder, and the danger level is 1.1B.
