The dynamic spreading pattern and the damage area reconstruction of fragment warheads
This article analyzed the spatial motion characteristics of fragment warheads, then created the fragments spreading pattern model by combining the spreading area model and flight path model,which provides the computing method for the spreading of fragment warheads.The data from fragment warheads explosion test was input into the computing method, returned the dynamic spreading angle and the change law of dynamic direction angle, these two results was used to calculate the typical fragment warheads motion curve and the fragments time-dependant characteristic motion dot matrix.The above-mentioned matrix data curve was used to fit the spreading area reconstruction images in projectile vertical plane and horizontal plane.These images intuitively reflect the fragments spreading process and damage area, which provides convenient calculation and visual image for warhead design, damage assessment and attack strategy.
