The experimental study of thermo-baric explosion properties in tunnel

The explosion properties of TNT and TBE (thermo-baric explosive) were studied through explosion experiment in tunnel, and the explosion performance was compared.The results show that the shock wave attenuation of the TBE in tunnel is slower than that of TNT and the explosion products temperature is higher than that of TNT.The shock wave parameters of TBE such as peak overpressure and impulse are analyzed by the law of explosion similarity, and the explosion similar equation coefficients are obtained.The shock wave energy of two explosives in tunnel is calculated.It indicts that the shock wave energy of the TBE is 1.2 times as much as TNT.
