Effect of fine grain size on the performance of shaped charge

摘要：

　　The refined grains of shaped charge liner has relatively late fracture time and a longer accumulated length, so the best penetration performance can be obtained at relatively high standoff.Adopting cold extrusion process, copper shaped charge liner can be produced with finer grain.The metallographic structure, tensile strength, elongation after fracture, surface roughness and so on all reached a high level.In this paper, performance of shaped charge under different standoff was studied by test.The results show that the penetration depth reached10.6 charge diameter ata standoff of 6 times charge diameter.
