Research on the problem of IPPS considering order inserting

　　In view of the problem of rush order processing under the Integrated Process Planning and Scheduling (IPPS), various factors that affect the order priority are considered comprehensively and the gray correlation analysis method is adopted to determine the priority of the original order and rush order.According to the order priority, considering the penalty for the advanced and delayed workpiece completion, for the minimum linear weighted sum of the penalty cost and the completion time as the objective function, the corresponding mathematical model is established and sovled.Hence, a satisfactory scheduling scheme can ensure that the orders with high priority are completed as scheduled.
