Study on explosion-proof performance of copolymer reticulated polyurethane

摘要：

　　Copolymerized reticulated polyurethane can be widely used in explosion-proof and explosion suppression of vehicle fuel tanks.Shock tube test and fuel tank outdoor combustion test were done to investigate the explosion-proof performance of copolymerized reticulated polyurethane material in this article.The results of shock tube test showed that the copolymerized reticulated polyurethane could greatly reduce the explosion pressure, delay the explosion rate, and prevent the passage of explosion flame.While the outdoor combustion test results showed that the copolymerized reticulated polyurethane material can effectively prevent the explosion of the fuel tanks caused by fuel flaming.Analyses of the shock tube test and the fuel tanks outdoor combustion test showed that the copolymer reticulated polyurethane has excellent explosion-proof performance.
