Study on accurate strength analysis of skateboard in amphibious armored vehicle based on FSI method
Based on theory of fluid-solid interaction (FSI), a three dimensional finite element computational model of skateboard in an amphibious armored vehicle was built considering accurate fluid pressure and centrifugal stress with unidirectional FSI method, and viscous numerical simulation of computational fluid dynamics and then strength analysis were implemented, Then the equivalent stress and the total deformation distribution are obtained and the reliability of skateboard was verified.The results showed that incipient fault of safety existed in the root of skateboard, and the method of accurate strength analysis was credible.And it is an effective method for the optimum design of the skateboard.
