Challenges in Blast Protection Research

摘要：

　　This paper presents a view of some of the challenges that unfold during the investigation of protection methodologies against explosive blast effects.In particular, the paper is concerned with experimental efforts that can aid in the understanding of complex blast effects in typical real world scenarios.Current progress in the implementation of blast mitigation methodologies in the landward defence environment is reviewed.
