Research on meso-structure test of concrete to impact loading and three-dimensional numerical simulation

  In order to study the influence of meso-structure on the failure law of concrete under blast loading, a concrete specimen with aggregates was used to establish a 500 mm x 500 mm × 360 mm step test piece for small-scale model test.The dynamic fracture characteristics of the specimen and the surface strain field distribution and crack propagation law of the specimen were analyzed by 3D DIC.The three-dimensional.calculation model of concrete with real-form aggregate was established by MATLAB and ANSYS, and the numerical simulation analysis under blast loading was carried out by LS-DYNA.The results show that the concrete near the explosion is comminuted, and the increase of aggregate strength will inhibit the occurrence of penetrating cracks.The internal cracks of the specimens mainly expand horizontally, and the concrete damage near the free surface is more intense.The surface crack of the test piece mainly expands in the vertical direction.The three-dimensional model containing aggregates has a good agreement with the experimental phenomena.
