Research on high reflectivity aluminum mirror technology
In optical thin films, the high reflective film is almost as important as the anti-reflective film.For the reflector in optical instruments, the properties of the pure metal film can meet the common requirements.In some applications, the environment is relatively poor, the required reflectivity is also higher than that the metal film can achieve value,so we can add additional plating on the metal film dielectric layer, in order to improve their environmental adaptability and reflectivity.in this paper,we study the visible, far-infrared, wide range of aluminum reflective film preparation technology,use the way of thermal resistance of the electron beam evaporation and thermal evaporation in K9 optical glass light base on the aluminum film and protective film deposition.By improving the way of evaporation, protective film design type, visible in the preparation of aluminum reflector,medium and the reflectivity of close to 94% of far infrared area, and has good resistance to wear and environmental adaptability.
