Parametric optimization of warhead assembly positioning based on visual measurement technology

Charging accuracy of warhead has been an important obstacle affecting the development of ammunition manufacturing technology.There are many error sources affecting the charging accuracy of warhead, and the measuring error of vision positioning error has the greatest influence of all the error sources.In this paper, a visual positioning system for warhead charging is proposed, and the mathematical model based on two points method is established, and the structural parameters of the positioning system are optimized.Through the establishment of warhead assembly visual position measurement system, which is called the measurement system of binocular stereo vision,mathematical model based on two points method of measurement error of the vision positioning system is established and simulated by MATLAB, to find out the optimal range of structural parameters.With the help of simulation and analysis, the position accuracy of the executive unit of charging device is improved, as well as the charging accuracy of warhead.The research results not only lay the foundation for the development of ammunition manufacturing technology, but also have an important significance to improve the efficiency and intelligence level of warhead.
