Optimized design and realization of automatic control system for the explosive mixing equipment
Explosive is the power source of high-efficiency damage for the missile warhead.Explosive mixing equipment is a very important batch producing equipment in our institute.It is applied to mix and charge explosive under certain temperature and vacuum.It can meet explosive charge requirements of advanced weapons and equipments manufacture and batch production.In one particular production process, its revolving speed suddenly became out of control and torsion was rapidly rising, so a fatal alarm was sounded and it was stopped automatically.Finally the product was unqualified.In this article, the reason was analysed and revolving control system was optimally designed and realized.In hardware design, the industry computer, Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) and frequency converter were applicated.In software design, GX Developer was used to compile program.Finally, the problem was investigated and thoroughly solved, the product quality was assured and the production tasks were accomplished.
