Reliability allocation based on analytic hierarchy process

  As a conventional weapon and ammunition, the exploding rocket plays an important role in the battlefield, so it is very important to study the reliability factors and the distribution of reliability.This paper analyzes four main factors that affect the reliability distribution of explosion-killing rockets,such as complexity, importance, environmental severity and technical maturity.The AHP model of reliability distribution of explosion-killing rockets is established by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP).According to the model, the relative weight of each influencing factor is calculated, and the corresponding conclusion is drawn, and the product reliability is assigned to each component.From the results of calculation, the reliability of the engine should be maximum and stable.The reliability of the device is second, and the reliability of the warhead is relatively small.
