摘要：

　　This presentation is intended to shed more light on the understanding and recent development of inhibition of thermal oxidation of carbon species.It will cover 1) inhibitors/accelerators for carbon/char, 2) stabilization of carbon/char residue in flame retardancy, 3) stabilization of carbon fiber in carbon fiber composite and C/C composite, and 4) mode of actions of the inhibitors.
