Novel Flame Retardants based on Aminophenyl-s-Triazine and DOPO: Synthesis And Application In Flame-Retarded Epoxy Resins

摘要：

　　A kind of multi-element synergistic flame-retardant PNN were synthesized by Kabachnik-Fields reaction and characterized by 1H and 31p NMR.The LOI value of EP/PNN composites can reach 34.0% and reach UL-94 V-0 flammability testing grade.The TGA result showed that the char yield was significantly improved in cured EP/TPNN.The PHRR of EP/TPNN composite from 452.9 W·g-1 for pure EP redced to 336.4 W·g-1.The results indicated that TPNN with extremely low phosphorus and nitrogen content exhibited high flame retardant efficiency.
