Functional Nanomaterial: an Interesting Way to Flame Retardant Fabric with Reduced Carbon Monoxide Release and Improved Self-Cleaning Property

  In this work, a synthesized Ag2S as funcitonal nanofiller was used to fabricate functionally flame-retardant polyester fabrics via knife coating method.Notably, with addition of Ag2S nanoparticles PET-APP/AS achieved remarkable CO oxidation property compared with that of PET-APP fabric.Moreover, this functional fabric (PET-APP/AS) showed enhanced organic pollutes degradation property.
