The Responsibility of Science and Technology Workers to Taxpayers: A Theoretical Framework

　　The social responsibility of scientists or science and technology (S&T) workers has been widely discussed and reached a consensus,while few literatures have noticed their responsibility to taxpayers.Based on the background,this paper mainly focuses on the responsibility of S&T workers to taxpayers.It firstly discusses relationships between S&T workers and taxpayers.Then, three theoretical models, which are the Concentric-circle Model, the Corresponding Decomposition Model, and the Process Analysis Model, are established to reveal special responsibilities of S&T workers to taxpayers.Finally,it comes to a summary that three models give us a theoretical framework for further exploring this issue in the future.
