Thoughts on the Construction of Think Tanks in Association for Science and Technology System

　　This paper mainly focuses on the thank tank operation of China Association for Science and Technology.In the first place, we investigate some international and local famous think tank, and review the literatures studying think tank.Then, the main work and achievements of China Association for Science and Technology and National Academy of Innovation Strategy in the process of building think tanks is concluded.In addition, the main advantages and characteristics of think tank belonging to Association for Science and Technology System is given and discussed a lot.Finally, the authors summarize some good experiences of building and improving the think tank of China Association for Science and Technology.
