The Comparison of New Energy Laws Researches from China and Other Countries
New energy has remarkable significance on relieving the pressure caused from energy crisis worldwide.Researching on new energy laws is a vital aspect of using science communication to promote benefits for humans.This article compares and analyzes the research papers on the new energy laws topic from China and other countries by 2017, using CNKI and Web of Science, these two datasets as data sources.The paper mainly uses bibliometrics method to explore the research status over the new energy laws topic from amounts of relevant papers, institutions, funds and authors these different perspectives.Then using the CITESPACE software to analyze the development of research hotspots and paths on new energy laws topic at home and abroad separately comes to some conclusions and suggestions.This paper reveals that both fields have some common and different research hotpots.However, they have significant difference in the research institutions.Moreover, China plays an important role in the researches on new energy laws topic worldwide.
