Application, Evaluation and Implementation of PIIJs Newly Launched STM Journals

　　The Project for Enhancing International Impact of China STM Journals (PIIJ) was initiated in 2013 to support the launching of new English language STM journals in China, based upon their merits and in leading or preponderant disciplines.This paper presents certain procedures in PIIJ Category D, including application, selection, and implementation.
