The Technology Innovation System for Military Enterprises under the Background of Civil-military Integration
In the past decades, the civil-military integration has been promoted to the national strategic level, which is beneficial from a great achievement by long-term coordination development between economic construction and national defense construction of our party and country.At present, our civil-military integration is in the transition stage from initial integration to deep integration, problems still remain in elements, fields and effectiveness.This paper illustrates contents and component elements of civil-military dual-use technical innovation system including institutional mechanism, organization,talent team, technological foundation.And then analyses the path of innovation and application from technical identification stage, technology research and development stage, trial production stage, product application stage.Furthermore,the paper analyzes the ways of technology innovation of military enterprises from the perspective of technology stock and technology increment.Finally, the research presents a hypothesis of construction of civil-military dual-use technical innovation system for military enterprises, which can provide references for improvement of the conversion efficiency and promotion of depth development of civil-military integration.
