Research on the Legal Regulation of Preventing Academic Misconduct in China: Current Situation and Problems
This article sorts out the legal regulation of Chinas prevention and treatment of academic misconduct from five levels:national laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, group conventions, and administrative measures for academic misconduct in colleges and universities.Based on the above findings: the current legislative standards for prevention and control of academic misconduct are low, lack of basic legal documents;many advocacy rules, lack of processing rules, and lack of operability;academic misconduct has exceeded the current regulation range.In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward suggestions on prevention and treatment of academic misconduct from the perspective of legal regulation.
