Analysis of Chinese Unicorn Phenomenon and Suggestions for Innovation Policy

　　This article mainly describes the current hot topic-the unicorn phenomenon.The unicorn phenomenon plays a very important role in the countrys economic development and innovation.This paper summarizes the status and characteristics of the unicorn phenomenon and unicorn enterprises in China firstly, and then compares and analyzes with the American unicorn enterprises.At last we sort out the four relationships that make good use of the unicorn phenomenon, and finally puts forward suggestions.
