The experimental study on the circumferential anisotropy of the full-diameter core
Tight gas reservoir have complex water-gas relations, if tight gas wells product water seriously, it will affect the production capacity and exploration effect of gas wells. In order to solve this problem, the experimental study on the circumferential anisotropy of the full-diameter core is carried out for the first time. The experimental study is about the main direction of the resistivity, the sonic velocity, the permeability, the preferred water flow channels and principal stress orientation;Carrying on experiment of anisotropy about resistivity, sonic velocity, permeability in square core, which provides the basis for correcting the anisotropy of resistivity and sonic velocity in horizontal well logging;Studying on relative permeability before and after fracturing the square core and carrying out to analyze the water production mechanism of the sandstone reservoir. The result can guide the fine evaluation of tight sandstone gas reservoir and efficient exploration of dense gas field.
