Dynamic posture characteristics of long conveyance in cable-guided hoisting system
Considering that the rotation of three-dimensional (3D) long conveyance has influence on its lateral vibration in the lifting process in cable-guided hoisting system, we establish vibration model of hoisting conveyance with three rotational and two lateral directions coupled on 3D coordinate axes, based on the finite element method, under the coupling between the conveyance and guiding cable.The system dynamic response and the motion form of guiding cables are demonstrated by numerical solution, the dynamic posture of the conveyance is acquired, and the vibration threshold value of the conveyances contour edges is obtained in the whole lifting process.This provides a theoretical basis for the spatial clearance design of hoisting shaft and is significant for safe traveling of the hoisting conveyance.
