A Study on the Influencing Factors of Network-lending Platform Collapse:A Sample from Hubei Province

　　This paper studies the factors of network lending platform collapse.By collecting data and SPSS data analysis,this paper built a logistic regression model, verified the main factors influencing the network-lending platform collapse, and found out that all these elements including on-line time, term of loan, whether the platform has advanced the money, whether there are financing security companies to guarantee, as well as the management teams academic background, had some influence on the collapse of the platform.This has positive significance for investors to identify the network-lending platform.
