Analysis on the Feasibility of Strategic Development of Short-term Rent Industry across the Taiwan Straits in the Era of Sharing Economy
Since 2010, the mainlands online short-term rental market has experienced start-up stage, the peaks, hard time and now returned to a prosperous situation.Although some achievements have been achieved, the industry is still faced with many problems such as the unsound social credit system.This paper makes use of the Business Model Canvas to analyze the business model of MuNiao short-term rental company and proposes suggestions for the problems existing in sharing accommodation industry.It is expected to provide inspiration to the development of small and medium-sized short-term rental companies in mainland China and Taiwans online short-term rental industry.
