Impact of information and communication technology factors on Users intention to Adoption of Sharing Economy
Information and communication technology promotes the development of sharing economy, However, the factors of information and communication technology also deeply influence the users intention to adopt the sharing economy.The influence of the system quality, interaction quality, security factors and ease to use of information and communication technology on the users intention to adopt needs to be studied.Based on technology acceptance model (TAM), this paper constructs the study model and the study hypothesis of sharing economy and with the survey data from questionnaire, this paper constructs the structural equation model for demonstration and analyzes the factors that affect users to adopt sharing economy.The results of this paper show that the system quality and interaction quality have a significant positive impact on the perceived ease of use;the safety factors and the group psychology have significant positive effects on the perceived trust;and the perceived ease of use and the perceived trust have significant effects on the users adoption of sharing economy;the perceived ease of use has no effect on the perceived trust;and the attitude factor does not affect the users adoption of sharing economy.
