Research on Knowledge Transfer Models and Simulation in Eco-Industrial Cluster
Eco-industrial cluster is one of the most atrractive research areas in industrial cluster field because it can solve some environmental problems and bring economic, ecologic and social profits.In this paper, we attempt to investigate the different knowledge transfer mechanisms and analyse different knowledge transfer models in eco-industrial clusters.Firstly, we define the knowledge transfer model in eco-industrial clusters as the horizontal transfer model and the vertical transfer model according to the diferent relationships between firms.Then we take a dynamic approach to examine how different mechanisms enhance knowledge transfer in eco-industrial clusters.In the finally end, we analyse two knowledge transfer models.Implications of this research will be salient to knowledge management in eco-industrial clusters and interorganizational relationship management.
