The Measurement of the Level of Informationization in Sichuan Province and Its Influence on the Convergence of Economic Growth

　　Based on the research of informationization related theory and existing literature, this paper uses the principal component analysis method to measure the level of informatization of 18 cities in Sichuan Province from 2005 to 2015 based on the current situation of informationization in Sichuan Province.Based on this, a panel data model was used to study the impact of the informatization level of 18 cities in Sichuan province on the convergence of economic growth in Sichuan provinces.The study found that the level of informatization will promote the convergence of economic growth among regions in Sichuan Province.
