Design and Experimental Data Analysis of Four-Wing Split-Type Multifunctional Pillow Based on Ergonomics
Peoples sleeping time occupies about one third of their life time.Well-designed sleeping pillow is a guarantee of good sleep.However, the function of most pillows is relatively simple at present, and there is a lack of study on the compression of the pillow on the side of the face and cheek when sleeping on the side.Therefore, it is necessary to study an innovative multifunctional pillow with anti-wrinkle on face and neck, health care and sleep aids.In order to solve the above problems, this paper designed a four-wing split-type multifunctional sleeping pillow for adult women based on ergonomics principle, and used tactilus pressure mapping system for body pressure distribution test.The innovative design of four-wing split-type structure meets peoples various needs of sleeping on the back, lying on the side, and reclining, and can prevent the formation of facial furrows when lying on the side, and can avoid the formation of the cervical stripe when reclining.The results of body pressure distribution test showed that compared with the common and well-designed S-shaped latex pillow on the market, the four-wing split-type pillow was more effective when sleeping on the side.
