Fabrication of Electrospun PA6 Nanofibrous Porous Membrane
Polyamide 6/polyvinylpyrrolidone (PA6/PVP) composite nanofibrous membrane was prepared by using PA6 as raw material and PVP as a pore forming agent.Porous PA6 nanofibrous have been prepared via electrospinning after washing PVP off in this study.The structure and morphology were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The effects of different average molecular weights of PVP, different soaking times, and different mass ratios of PA6/PVP on the morphology of nanofiber membranes were explored.The results showed that the surface features of the nanofibrous became evident when average molecular weights of PVP is 24000, the surface roughness was large and the pore number were increased with soaking time going, the pore number were increased with the increase of the content of PVP, and the PVP could be washed off for preparing PA6 porous nanofibrous membrane.The porous membrane has a great application prospect in adsorption, filtration, smart garment and other fields.
