Study on Properties of Nano-TiO2 Glass Fiber Cloth
In this project, the method of ultrasonic treatment was adopted.Glass fiber cloth was selected as the substrate, and nano-TiO2 particles were loaded on the surface of the glass fiber cloth to form a layer of Nano coating.Through the research on the concentration of nano-TiO2 solution, ultrasonic treatment time, ultrasonic power, drying temperature and other technological conditions, the influence of various technological conditions on the performance of glass fiber cloth was discussed.In view of the unfavorable factors that may be encountered during the actual use of glass fiber filter cloth, this subject tests the water repellent performance of glass fiber cloth loaded with nano-TiO2 particles.The experimental results show that the air permeability of glass fabrics prepared by different process conditions does not change significantly, but the water repellent properties have been improved to some extent.
