Raw Material Analysis and Structure Properties Research on Hotan Traditional Etles Silk

　　With reference of national, industrial standards and trade standards for Etles silk-Hotan cocoon, there were all kinds of indicators of testing, such as : moisture content, the cocoon rate, the cocoon layer thickness, oil content and glue rate of cocoon and compared with natural silk.This process involved a lot of exploratory and verification experiment.Raw silk and morphological structure, molecular structure, crystal structure performance of silk using traditional and modem method had been studied by electronic scanning microscope, infrared spectrometer, X-ray diffraction etc.On the premise of protecting and inheriting the exquisite technique and rich resources of Uyghur nationalitys traditional silk crafts, it can provide the evidence for Etles silk production process specialization and standardization and also had significant meaning to optimize the original process and study the production of high quality.
