Research on the Elongation Measurement and Control Technology for Prestressed Automatic Tensioning of Railway Precast Beams
The steel cable elongation value is an important control index for the construction quality of railway prestressed concrete beam,which is one of the most common choice of small and medium span bridges.However,the measurement and control method of steel cable elongation value in railway construction still has defects,and the deviation and synchronization rate of the elongation value measured by traditional method exceed the limit widespreadly.Based on the investigation and analysis of the tensioning process on several key technologies,this article present a whole set of more scientific and precise survey control methods for prestressed tensile elongation of railway bridge.A modified calculation method with more scientific and reasonable principle is explored by embedding it in the calculation engine of the software system.The frequency conversion and hydraulic shunt technology is employed to realize more synchronous and accurater tensioning with infinitely variable speed.The real-time control of tensioning process is realized by using sensor acquisition technology and data flow calculation.Furtherly,the automatic tensioning system based on this paper has been developed,and the experiment was carried out to verify the validity and reliability of these technologies.
