Intelligent Settlement Monitoring System of High-speed Railway Bridge

  With the rapid development of high-speed railway bridge construction and the advances in sensors and information technology,intelligent settlement monitoring system of high-speed railway bridge is becoming a guarantee technique for ensuring the operation safety and also an important means for maintenance.This paper presents a case study of intelligent settlement monitoring system of high-speed railway bridge(SMAIS)in Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway bridges with 100km long part.The SMAIS system consisted of sensor subsystem(SS),data acquisition and transmission subsystem(DAQ),data processing and analysis subsystem(DPA),database subsystem(DB)and data display and early-warning subsystem(DEW).Modularization,low coupling,and interface standardization are integrated to realize.General design principles of the SMAIS system,including monitoring range calculation,monitoring point position and early-warning threshold value determination,are studied.The SMAIS system architecture design method and function of subsystems,are proposed.It also presents the installation process and technique standard of SMAIS system.The sensor precision test,temperature stability test and general monitoring results are presented.An advanced continuous median data filtering algorithm considered of vehicle influence and error transmission are also proposed.
