Microclimate Factors and Its Effect on Human Comfort Index in Phyllostachys Praecox Forests in Sichuan Province
as an important garden plant, Lei bamboo presents some excellent features and also broad application prospects in the construction of urban forest.At present, Lei bamboo has been planted as the main material in urban greening and edible bamboo shoots.But the majority study on bamboo environment is mainly concentrated in the moso bamboo and sinocalamus affinis bamboo forest with rare information on Lei bamboo forests.Lei bamboo, as an important application species of urban greening bamboo forest landscape, its microclimate factors and effect on human comfort index are very important.The Lei bamboo forest: Zhuhaidongtian in Sichuan Province was selected to study its microclimate factors and effect on human comfort index via profile of mood states-short form (POMS-SF) in hopes of providing some theoretical basis and data for its development.The experiment lasted for three days.We measured six microclimatic factors, that is, aeroanion concentration, temperature, sound pressure level, thermal index, wind speed and air humidity for six times at the same place every day.Sixty healthy students of 22-24 years old were invited as the subjects who had to fill in the questionnaire (POMS-SF) twice a day.The conclusion indicates that the microclimate factors of Lei bamboo forest were stable in Zhuhaidongtian in Sichuan Province.Living in the bamboo forest after three days, peoples negative emotional could be reduced and positive emotional would increase.
