Research on the Renovation of Elderly Oriented Landscape in Old Residential Area of Shenyang Based on Micro-environment Simulations--Taking Xiushan District as an Example
Under the background of the fast pace of aging and based on the home retirement mode,this article focuses on the outdoor fitness environment of the Northeast Chinas old cities elderly people.The winter of the Northeast China is long and cold, and the density is high in old urban residential areas and a large number of opening old residential areas, which make it become urgent to improve the quality of outdoor spaces for the elderly.The research optimizes the outdoor spaces of the elderly through the micro environment analysis simulation, the parametric design processes and the low technology landscape means.The first aim is the optimization of the micro climate environment through the micro climate model to improve comfort of thermal scenery, and avoid the adverse effects of high-rise wind and the permanent shadow, etc.The second is to optimize the micro public environment and study the transformation from outdoor spaces to the communication spaces to increase the communication of elderly groups.Through the acoustic simulation, we could dig non-sensitive area in sound environment and plan space for dancing and other sports venues to make the micro public environment more harmonious for the elderly.The third is to build fitness navigation maps through the micro environment evaluations to optimize the fitness points and the fitness paths so that we can form a green network, which crosses in the old cities and further combines with electronic maps.In this way, we can develop Apps of elderly fitness navigation maps to guide the elderly to exercise in a scientific way.Through that, well achieve the goal that the outdoor spaces of northeast old cites can be transformed from passive to proactive elderly activities accommodation, and finally well scientifically promote the mental health of the elderly.
