Analysis on the Microclimate Construction of Typical Space Types in Xishu Garden
This article, from three major elements of garden including architectural, water and plant while in combination of spatial forms of such elements, discusses how Xishu Garden creates a good microclimate environment suitable for sightseeing, walking and having a rest in each season, summarizes and analyzes the micro climate construction experience of Xishu Garden in four typical space types, such as space of enclosed building-corridor, space of centralized lake and pond, space of flowing linear canal and space of sheet planted characteristics plant communities.In the meanwhile, the article points out such experience has exerted certain influences on the creation and formation of regional landscape features of Xishu Garden.
