A Study on Tree-Groundcover Landscape Design of Xian Based on Urban Landscape Microclimate
The tree-groundcover landscape is widely used in different types of green spaces in Xian.Its open space in forest has been widely welcomed by urban population.Given the artificial disturbance,it is very difficult to form top communities like the natural forest under the climate of Xian.Compared with the most popular plant landscape, artificial trees, artificial shrubs, artificial grasses, artificial trees and natural succession grasses can better regulate the urban microclimate environment.In this study, the grass landscape of tree-groundcover plant was taken as an object to discuss the relationship between tree-groundcover plant landscape and the microclimate of urban landscape architecture.Based on studying the impact of plant community on the urban landscape microclimate, and the current situation of landscape design of tree-groundcover landscape in Xian, the optimization strategy is put forward from three aspects: the experience of human comfort, the elements of landscape design, and the construction of ground cover community.
