Some Thoughts on One Belt and One Road and Regional Cooperation
I think in the process of One Belt and One Road, 3 issues are worth thinking.The first issue is that the difference between One Belt and One Road and the international cooperation of our reform and opening up in the early stage is that the difference of invitation others to come in and going out by ourselves, and regarding going out, it involves the going out in terms of institution and investments, and all the changes resulting therefrom need us to study.The second issue is that the early cooperation focuses on trade, but nowadays cooperation focuses more on investment.
