Popularization of Special Economic Zone Experience and Mode is the Effective Path for Pushing the Construction of One Belt and One Road
China proposed One Belt and One Road Initiative in 2013 for the first time, the international mainstream view on that was that China attempted to construct a brand-new international trade system through which the excess capacities can be outputted by means of excess foreign exchanges reserves under the background of the decline in domestic economic growth and excess capacities.
