In 2013, during the visit to Central Asia and Southeast Asian countries,President Xi Jinji proposed the major initiative of building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road in Asia-Europe and Africa continent successively, that is, the One Belt and One Road Initiative.
