Dear leaders, experts and dear friends, good afternoon!Here, I would simply introduce Harbin Office of Science and Technology: Harbin Office of Science and Technology-science education resource, it is the one complete preserved and has strong competitiveness since reform and opening up forty years ago, including a group of universities and institutions which are still at leading position during planned economy time among same industries.However, about existing problems, director Tie Li already introduced several points: problem of achievement transformation and problem of institution and mechanism.There are more universities and institutions, but we think they are resources of whole country.
