Research on long-term marginal cost estimation of power sources based on optimization of power source expansion
This paper focuses on the traditional problems of setting feed-in tariffs based on accounting costs, and studies the development of feed-in tariffs based on long-term marginal cost, and estimates the long-term marginal cost and feed-in tariffs based on the optimization of power source expansion in a certain planning period in the future.Sichuan Power System, mainly of hydropower, is taken as an example.An optimization model is prepared for power source expansion, and research is made on the CODs of the power sources from 2019 to 2030.The long-term marginal cost of the power system is estimated accordingly to analyze the feed-in tariffs of the corresponding power source for future decisions of power investment.
