　　Big data and cloud computing is a kind of technology that has developed rapidly in recent years and also promoted the rapid and intelligent development of various fields.Building a complete system based on big data and Cloud Computing is conducive to providing personalized and diversified comprehensive information services for government departments,enterprises and the public.This paper deeply analyzes the GD Power Hydrological Forecasting Analysis and Dispatching Decision System relying on big data and cloud computing in aspects of platform architecture, system framework and system construction analysis, and summarizes its practical significance.
